If you visit the Internet site below you can read an OSCE Press release which is about the Freedom of Information Act for Bosnia. Kubilay, while he worked for OSCE, wrote a first draft of this law, probably he had told you about it. Parliament ratified this law now.

I found the press release today and thought you might be interested in hearing what happened with regard to something Kubilay put a lot of work and effort into.
